Covid/Illness Policy
While the world slowly gets back to ‘normal’, we here at Mischief Makers would like to still be as cautious as possible when it comes to illness. While we don’t have a strict masking policy in place, you are more than welcome to wear one.
If you are at all feeling ill or sick, please stay home. If you are feeling off and unsure if you’re sick, we would ask that you please wear a mask in our space.
For all programs & workshops -
If you are experiencing a sore throat, coughing, fever, excessive runny nose, or other cold/flu/RVS/COVID symptoms, please do not attend class.
If participants arrive to program sick, they may be asked to mask up, or to leave/be picked up.
Due to the nature of our business we cannot provide make-up classes or refunds.

Safety Procedures
We strive to be a safe space for all, this includes your personal safety when attending programs or using our workshop.
Regular kids/teen classes require a waiver to be filled out and returned in order for the student to attend programming here.
Workshops/Classes using equipment or machines in our shop will require you to fill out a special waiver followed by safety training. Both must be completed before you are given access to the workshop.
For everyone - you understand that by entering our facility you are responsible for your own behaviour. Any form of disruption, harassment, misuse of the studio or shop (equipment/machines included), or just overall being a jerk will result in your immediate departure and ban from here. We are a 0 tolerance space. No refunds will be given if you make poor decisions while at Mischief Makers.

What is 0 Tolerance?
Here at Mischief Makers we strive to be an inclusive safe space for all. That means not only to who you are as a person, but also your safety when using studio supplies and equipment.
Any form of bullying, harassment, trolling (yup!), joking around with supplies, mistreatment of staff or teachers, not following safety protocols etc. will not be tolerated… at all.
This community space is here for everyone who loves creating and making, are kind and compassionate. We want to build each other up and be safe.
Students, Members & Guests will receive a warning once, and once only. Due to MM being a small business and how we operate we must be diligent in this policy.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Donations
Our goal is create a eco-concious space that upcycles/reuses and reduces waste via the use of donations.
We will try to use all items donated to us as much as possible, but in the event an item can’t be used for our space we will either offer it to another partner business or resell it to help with program expenses.
By donating to us, you agree to allow Mischief Makers to use all items in these ways without requesting any compensation.
