Welcome to Mischief Makers

We created this welcoming, inclusive community space to ensure that the joy of creating can be accessible to everyone.

Your Neighbourhood DIY Makerspace

What Is a Makerspace?

Mischief Makers offers many of these things all under one roof! We consider ourselves an entry-level space for anyone learning a maker-skill for the first time. Whether you're just beginning to use a sewing machine, figuring out how to build a new kind of cosplay armour, or finally picking up a paintbrush and diving into the watercolour landscape of your dreams, we've got you covered. Join us and discover an inclusive, supportive, and creative environment equipped with everything you need to experiment, learn, and make.

A makerspace is a collaborative workspace inside a school, library, or other public or private facility with a focus on making, learning, exploring, and sharing. These spaces are open to kids, adults, and entrepreneurs, and come in a variety of different formats. Some makerspaces prioritize creating with 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC machines, soldering irons, and programming. Others might focus on sewing, pattern drafting, and garment repair. Still others will incorporate Lego, cardboard, and arts & craft supplies to stimulate creativity and inspire.
